This week’s LiveGood News 4th October 2024 – reminded us that you can explain the LiveGood mission in 4 words: “Highest quality, lowest price”. So if you haven’t yet ‘got it’, watch this video.

I’ll be honest – when I first joined LiveGood I wasn’t sure that it would live up to all the hype of ‘being different’. That was a bad mistake, because it left me a bit slow out of the gate. But I’m not concerned because the forth-coming developments will give me plenty of ways to catch up, and – almost two years into their success – LiveGood is now a proven company, rather than a ‘new kid on the block’.

However, as well as the update on last week’s continuing growth world-wide (we’ve come to expect that now) it was here that I first heard this shock news from within the MLM health supplements industry.

News From Other MLM Companies

On October 01, 2024  it was announced, by a staff writer at Direct Selling News that:

The Beachbody Company, now known as BODi, announced a strategic shift to its business model. Effective November 1, 2024, the company will transition from a multi-level marketing structure to a single-level affiliate program. This move is part of the company’s efforts to optimize its omnichannel model, reduce costs, broaden its distribution channels and better position the company for future profitable growth. In a statement, BODi Executive Chairman Mark Goldston described the multi-level marketing distribution model as “outdated and unsustainable” and pointed to the affiliate model as the “simpler, more modern approach to customer acquisition.”

If you’ve spent years building up a network of distributors, you’d be pretty furious if this happened to you. Right? (I speak from personal experience when I had the rug pulled from under me after five years building up a traditional network marketing company to earn 4 figures a month.

But watch the video for a different way of looking at the way that BodyBeach has changed, and tell me it wouldn’t make you squirm as a traditional network marketer.

As they say: “Once you’ve seen it, you can’t unsee it.”

The LiveGood video spells out why this change is an improvement for the Beach Body (Bodi) company’s survival, and why their existing distributors should take a long hard look in the mirror.

My LiveGood commissions aren’t huge, but they’re consistent. I have been in profit every month since December 2022, and I can do it with a clear conscience, knowing that I’m not asking anyone to buy over-priced products to pay me a commission.

People aren’t stupid. When I was with a traditional networking business, family and friends used to ask me: “How much do YOU make when I buy this?”. None of them had the slightest interest in “making money doing the same”, and they never made a repeat purchase after making their initial ‘sympathy’ purchase to send me away.

Now I don’t have to embarrass anyone (or myself) when they tell me that in future they will buy similar products at the mall because they’re more affordable. Comments went along the lines: “Thanks for explaining to me how essential magnesium is, so I’ll start using it – but I’ll be buying it at the supermarket.”

The Risk of Building a Business Online

My “risk” with LiveGood is just $9.95 a month and for that I can – when I want to (no auto-ships) – buy top quality products.

Anyone who isn’t prepared to spend $9.95 a month to build an online business in the health and wellness industry really shouldn’t be in business at all.
